By accessing or using RoastMyProfile.ai (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoastMyProfile.ai is an AI-powered tool that generates humorous, satirical commentary (“roasts”) about LinkedIn profiles based on text that users manually copy and paste into the Service. The roasts are generated for entertainment purposes. The Service also provides profile improvement suggestions as an additional feature.

3. Entertainment Purpose Only

All roasts generated by RoastMyProfile.ai are for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice, HR assessments, psychological evaluations, or any other form of professional guidance.

The AI-generated content is satirical and comedic in nature. Scores, grades, and assessments are entertainment metrics and should not be taken as accurate professional evaluations of any person's skills, abilities, or career prospects.

4. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.

The “Unhinged” intensity mode contains explicit adult language and crude humor. By selecting this mode, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and consent to receiving adult content. Do not use Unhinged mode if you are under 18 or if such content is prohibited in your jurisdiction.

5. Profile Text — Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the profile text you submit to the Service. By submitting text, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit the profile text for this purpose.
• Your use of this Service complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and applicable laws.
• You will not use this Service to harass, defame, or harm specific individuals.
• The profile text you submit does not violate any person's privacy rights.

We strongly encourage using this Service on your own LinkedIn profile or with the explicit consent of the person whose profile you are submitting. Using this Service to generate content intended to harm, harass, or embarrass someone without their consent is prohibited and may violate applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this Service to:

• Generate content intended to harass, bully, or intimidate any individual.
• Create defamatory material about real people that could be presented as factual.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or security measures.
• Scrape, automate, or use the Service via bots or scripts without authorization.
• Submit content that contains sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial data, medical records, etc.).
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.

7. AI-Generated Content

The roasts and improvement suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and are not human-reviewed before delivery. As such:

• Content may be inaccurate, offensive, or unexpected.
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any specific generated output.
• You accept that AI content can sometimes produce results that are surprising or unintended.

8. Intellectual Property

The RoastMyProfile.ai website, design, branding, and underlying code are owned by the creator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The roast text generated for your specific profile submission is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use — you may share it on social media or with others for entertainment. You may not resell, license, or commercially exploit AI-generated roasts. The improvement suggestions provided are general in nature and are not proprietary.

9. Usage Limits and Free Access

The free tier provides 3 roasts per day per browser. Additional roasts may be unlocked by sharing the Service on LinkedIn (honor system). We reserve the right to change usage limits at any time. Free access to the Service is not guaranteed and may be modified or discontinued.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROASTMYPROFILE.AI AND ITS CREATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE — INCLUDING ANY EMOTIONAL DISTRESS CAUSED BY READING YOUR OWN ROAST (YES, REALLY).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoastMyProfile.ai and its creator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Not Affiliated with LinkedIn

RoastMyProfile.ai is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft. “LinkedIn” is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
